Players once again stepped into the boots of Dr. Alan Grant, who returned to Isla Nublar to stop a rival corporation, BioSyn, from taking control of the surviving dinosaurs. Unlike the first game’s mix of exploration and first-person segments, this sequel adopted a full side-scrolling run-and-gun format with 18 missions spread across jungles, facilities, and caves. Players could choose between lethal and non-lethal weapons depending on whether they wanted to subdue or eliminate dinosaurs. The game featured improved graphics, smoother animations, and a memorable soundtrack that heightened the tension of each mission. While tough and unforgiving, Jurassic Park Part 2: The Chaos Continues remains a solid, adrenaline-filled SNES action title that blended sci-fi adventure with intense dinosaur combat. SNES
